London Toffee Cookies

These cookies are so buttery, with a crispy caramelized edge and lots of brown sugar flavor. After tasting a cookie at London's Borough Market in 2016, I've been trying to recreate it - and it's finally here.

Pickup is available Tuesdays and Fridays. Must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. For orders greater than 8 dozen, please order at least one week in advance.
